Jae-Pil Park is the Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of Nara Space Technology, a pioneering South Korean company dedicated to "Expanding Our Universe" through end-to-end small satellite manufacturing (<50 kg) and advanced data analytics. Founded in 2015, Nara Space has grown under his leadership into a robust team of over 100 experts, contributing to more than 20 domestic and international space technology projects. Jae-Pil has guided Nara Space through several key phases of technical and commercial growth, leading the company from being the first private entity in South Korea to successfully launch and operate a 16U Earth observation satellite, to completing its IPO on the Korean KOSDAQ in December 2025. This public listing capped a highly productive year that included the successful launches of both the EEETester-1 technology demonstration and the GYEONGGISat-1 climate monitoring mission, alongside being selected for the "Super Gap Startup 1000+" scale-up program as well as a Top 100 Space Sector Defense Innovation Company in South Korea. Jae-Pil holds degrees in systems engineering from Yonsei University . Beyond the boardroom, he is an active science and space communicator who frequently participates in campus events at his alma mater . Deeply committed to supporting the next generation, Jae-Pil also serves as an advisor and mentor to various student and industry associations across South Korea, sharing his experience to help guide future aerospace professionals.
