Carsten Drachmann

Bio

Carsten Drachmann is the Chief Executive Officer of GomSpace, a position he has held since March 2023. He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across the global technology sector, spanning start-ups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining GomSpace, Mr. Drachmann held CEO roles at Zero Error Systems PTE LTD in Singapore, KebNi AB in Stockholm, and the International Copyright Enterprise, also in Stockholm. He also served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Managing Director for EMEA at DataPath Inc. in London.

A significant portion of his career—20 years—was spent in leadership roles at Nokia, where he played a key role in driving innovation, scaling operations, and leading international market expansion.

Mr. Drachmann holds an MSc in Software & Electronics from the Technical University of Denmark and an Executive MBA in Strategy & Organisation from Stanford University, with a focus on leadership in the tech industry.

He currently serves on the board of RTX A/S and is recognized for his ability to accelerate growth, enhance shareholder value, and lead organizations through transformation and profitable growth.
