Bio

In ESA Connectivity & Secure Communication Directorate, Christophe heads the Strategic Programme Line covering Space Systems for Safety and Security and the Safety and Security from Space Programme Office. As such he led preparation and setting up of ESA contribution to EU Secure Connectivity – IRIS2 Programme and is today part of ESA management team working on this programme.
Prior to joining ESA in 2018, Christophe served in different positions in French Ministry of Defence and in the French Space Agency whose Telecommunication & Navigation Programme he led as head of unit in the Directorate in charge of Strategy and Programmes from 2012 to 2018. As such, Christophe acted as French Delegate to ESA Board in charge of Telecommunications and Integrated Applications.
Christophe, owns a master degree in electrical engineering, a master degree in international strategy and a master in business administration.
Christophe, 56, lives in Paris, France.
