David Kownator

Bio

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Isar Aerospace, David Kownator is responsible for the financial management and control of Isar Aerospace to support all business activities.
David brings extensive experience in technology, capital-intensive industries, complex transactions and large-scale fundraising. He has joined Isar Aerospace from REEF Technology, a Miami-based operator of last-mile infrastructure and services, where he was President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to REEF, he was deputy CEO of Indigo Group, a global operator of urban infrastructure and mobility services, where he was successively in charge of transformation, digital services, strategy and finance. David started his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank, before moving on to Private Equity with Apax Partners and Ergon Capital Partners. He is a French citizen and a graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences Po.
