Frank Frulio is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and beyond. As the General Manager of Space Services at Spire Global, he leads the growth strategy and product roadmap for Spire Space Services, offering organizations the opportunity to deploy and scale their own space constellations. With a background that includes leadership roles at Singtel, XO Communications, CenturyLink Business, and AT&T, Frank brings extensive expertise in sales, operations, and business development. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Passionate about leveraging space-based applications for transformative purposes, Frank is dedicated to driving global space adoption and helping organizations unlock the potential of the space infrastructure as a service.
