Bio

Gwen Billon is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.

Ms. Billon joined PJT Partners in August 2023 after spending 18 years at Morgan
Stanley, most recently as Head of Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking in EMEA.

Over her Investment Banking career, she has advised corporate and private equity
clients across a broad range of activities, focusing on strategic cross-border M&A assignments and including equity and debt capital markets transactions.
