Bio

Jerry is General Counsel at Orbit Fab, a startup that is building the in-space propellant supply chain with Gas Stations in Space™ technologies. Jerry provides legal and strategic support across the company with a focus on structuring and negotiating complex agreements, intellectual property, and regulatory matters (satellite licensing, government contracting compliance, export control compliance, cybersecurity, etc.). He also manages all legal aspects of the company’s financing activities and plays a key role in fundraising strategy and execution.

Prior to joining Orbit Fab, Jerry was a practicing attorney in Denver, Colorado. He began his legal career at Dentons, specializing in government contracts. After Dentons, Jerry joined a boutique law firm, Bold Legal, where he advised clients, including early-stage ventures, on M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and commercial contracts.

Jerry holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA from Carleton College.
