Bio

Graduated with honors in Aeronautical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, where he obtained the PhD in Aerospace Engineering. Second Lieutenant in the Italian Army Engineering Corp. He has been working for almost 30 years in the Italian national aerospace industry: since 2019 he is with Sitael, a company of the Angel group, where he holds the position of Managing Director for the Technical and Commercial areas. Sitael is the largest Italian space company with entirely private capital. He was the first in the world to experiment graphene in microgravity conditions, on a parabolic flight in 2018. He has collaborated on more than twenty space missions, including the AGILE satellite, LISA Pathfinder, the high energy physics experiment on the International Space Station AMS-02 and PRISMA, the most powerful hyperspectral observation instrument in Earth orbit. In 2022 he received the honor of the President of the Republic "Stella al Merito del Lavoro".
