Bio

Dr. Max Gulde is an accomplished physicist with a broad scientific as well as technological background including optical systems, numerical simulations, image processing, space flight dynamics, and software development. Max’s scientific work is published in high-impact journals including Nano Letters, Science, Physical Review Letters, and Nature. Max received several national and international awards and recognitions for his work. In parallel to his scientific career, Max worked as a self-employed scientific software developer during his postdoc and successfully developed and marketed a commercial computer game on Steam, selling several thousand copies of the game within only a few months. At Fraunhofer, Max worked as the leading mission scientist for the Fraunhofer Space Program’s first-ever satellite ERNST. In the framework of this activity, Max invented and submitted patent applications for several methodologies, which now form the technological basis of ConstellR. In his function as CEO of ConstellR and his rich international experience, Max presents the company to the outside. He furthermore oversees partner management, raises capital via public grants and private equity, as well as develops the company’s overall strategy.
