Mohamed FRIKHA is a Tunisian Businessman. Born in Sfax in 1963, Founder of TELNET Holding SA and currently his Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. In 1982, he won the presidential prize of Tunisian bachelor. After a preparatory class at the Lycée Saint Louis (PARIS), he joined the École Polytechnique in 1984, then the École Nationale Supérieure de Telecommunications in Paris. He began his career in 1988 as an IT consultant caring out expert assignments on behalf of Credit Lyonnais, France Telecom and Société Générale.
In 1990, he returned to Tunisia to take up the position of Director of Alcatel's development centre before founding in 1994 TELNET, his high-tech engineering and consulting company, listed on the Tunisian stock exchange in 2011, as the first introduction of a Tunisian engineering company. Mohamed FRIKHA is the Vice-Chairman of the High Level Committee for Science and Technology, chaired by the Tunisian Prime Minister and participated in a hundred Expert Committees meetings for the Strategic Study of Technologies in Tunisia. He is passionate about science and technology and has decided to launch in 2016 an innovative and challenging activity in Tunisia and the MENA region. He is the promoter and the executive chairman of two ambitious aerospace projects being carried out by TELNET engineers and experts.
