Pierre Bertrand

Bio

Pierre Bertrand, co-founder and CEO of Skynopy, founded in 2023, previously held the position of Director of French Programs at Loft Orbital, an American company specializing in shared satellites, where he launched the French subsidiary in 2019. Pierre began his career at the Franco-American enterprise OneWeb Satellites, overseeing the design and delivery of the assembly line for the 600 satellites in the OneWeb constellation. Pierre holds Franco-American diplomas, including a master’s in Aerospace Engineering and Technology & Policy from MIT and an Ecole Centrale Paris degree. He is an avid adventurer, piloted in the Raid Latécoère, walked to Rome, and enjoyed free diving, scuba diving, and ski touring.
