Saoud Humaid Salim Al Shoaili

Bio

Dr. Saoud Al Shoaili is the DG for Policies and Governance and the Head of National Space Program NSP in the MTCIT. Dr. Saoud has been the head for the NSP since it was established in MTCIT. He has led various strategic initiatives to develop the space sector in Oman mainly the development of National Space Policy and it's executive program in a strategic collaboration with expertise of Euroconsult. Since the launch of the policy early 2023, Dr. Saoud has be actively engaging with various global space experts to realize the initiatives defined in the policy. Locally, Dr. Saoud jointly with NSP team has been actively working with the stakeholders of the sector to align and integrate efforts toward the national objectives in support to Oman vision 2040.
