Sulaiman Al Ali

Bio

Sulaiman Al Ali is the Chief Commercial Officer of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company P. J. S. C. (Yahsat). In this role, he leads Yahsat’s mobility business, Thuraya and its data solutions arm, YahClick.
Sulaiman drives the expansion of Yahsat’s commercial business by leveraging the combined strengths of its fixed and mobility technology platforms, services and capabilities to deliver greater value and innovation for customers across the globe.
Sulaiman joined Yahsat in 2014 as the Director of Yahsat Government Solutions – Commercial, responsible for delivering managed, end-to-end satcom solutions for government customers. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working in the regional and global sectors across the UAE, Nigeria, Pakistan and Ivory Coast.
Sulaiman holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School, France. He also has a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership Management from Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University and a BS in Communication Engineering from Khalifa University.
