In 2004, after a decade in Nokia’s Home Communications business, overseeing Product Management and the development of the world’s first hybrid DTH / internet terminal, Tobias managed the spin-out of what today is Forsway Scandinavia AB. Forsway has now deployed the hybrid satellite / terrestrial technology with the world’s most cost-effective remote terminals in more than 30 emerging and established markets on five continents. The solution provides connectivity and content distribution. Apart from developing close contacts with service providers, satellite operators and System Integrators globally, Forsway and Tobias have undertaken several development projects financed by ESA and the Swedish Government.
