Vincent Dedieu

Bio

Vincent Dedieu, Armament Chief Engineer, began his career as a missile systems architect at the French government procurement and technology agency (DGA). He later participated in defense export support within the International Development Directorate between 2010 and 2016, first as Chief of Staff to the Director and then as Director of Export Operations for Land Systems.

In 2016, he was appointed Rapporteur for the Fioraso report, led by former Minister of Higher Education and Research Geneviève Fioraso, whose findings were presented to Prime Minister Manuel Valls. The report aimed to strengthen the competitiveness of the French space industry, particularly by analyzing the challenges of New Space.
In September 2016, Vincent Dedieu joined Sodern, the world leader in space optronics and neutron technology, as Director of Strategy and Innovation before being appointed Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in March 2018.

As a member of Sodern's Executive Committee since 2016, Vincent Dedieu recently restructured the Operations Department by organizing production and product/subsystem development activities into small autonomous teams. This restructuring has significantly improved Sodern's competitiveness and responsiveness.
