Es’hailSat – Qatar Satellite Company, incorporated in 2010, provides satellite, broadcast, teleport, and managed services. Es’hailSat is a private joint stock company wholly owned by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). Strategically located in Doha, Qatar, our coverage extends across the Middle East and North Africa, with future expansion into Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and South Asia. Es’hailSat operates the Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 satellites at the prime 25.5°/26°East orbital positions, serving broadcasters, telecommunications companies, enterprises, mobility applications and governments. These satellites are supported by a state-of-the-art 50,000 sqm Tier-4 and ISO-certified teleport facility in Al Ghuwairiya, Qatar. Es’hailSat has recently announced its third satellite Es’hail-3 in collaboration with Türksat and Thales Alenia Space. Positioned at the 50° East orbital location, Es’hail-3 will deliver high-speed connectivity, with the flexibility to dynamically allocate coverage, beams, frequency and bandwidth in response to evolving customer demand. The satellite will provide expanded coverage across the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Central Asia and surrounding maritime regions by enabling sovereign and secure satellite communications infrastructure.
