Lisa Napolitano

Bio

Lisa Napolitano is the Vice President, General Manager of the Space Gold Business Enterprise (GBE) since August 2022.

With a career spanning 20 years at Honeywell, she has held various leadership positions across different locations and business units. Lisa started as an engineering leader at Honeywell's Plymouth Wafer Fabrication Processing team, contributing to the development of radiation hardened technology.

Lisa's achievements include successfully driving productivity, manufacturability, yield improvements, and culture as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Site Leader for Defense and Space in Clearwater. As the Integrated Supplier Chain (ISC) Site Leader in Albuquerque, NM, She led the team to achieve Honeywell Operating System bronze status within the first year. In Plymouth, she played a pivotal role in driving Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) technology to full-rate production and establishing a cost-effective radiation hardened foundry.

Lisa holds a Master's of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

She resides in Plymouth, Minnesota with her wife, Gilda, and daughter, Nadia, who is a senior in high school.
