Vincent has worked for Thales for more than 20 years. His first years have been dedicated to innovation in space, aerospace, defence and security applications, based in France then the Netherlands. He then worked for Thales UK HQ taking charge of its R&D competitiveness. He afterwards took charge of the sales operations of Thales air operations business. He is currently the Director of the Space Business Catalyst by Thales Alenia Space, in charge of exploring and shaping new sustainable markets and their enablers through intrapreneurship and open innovation, including strategic partnerships and the industrial acceleration program for startups, in France and Italy. Vincent holds a Master of Science from Centrale-Supélec in France, a Master of Engineering from University of Wollongong in Australia and an MBA from Imperial College London in UK. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and a Member of Chatham House. He also teaches open innovation at various engineering and business schools.
