Isobel Porteous leads business development at EarthTraq, a Northern California startup developing a new space-based positioning system to track any object, anywhere on Earth, at almost no cost. EarthTraq's satellites give government and commercial customers visibility into supply chains and assets even where GPS and AIS go dark. That data can feed AI-driven analytics, predicting logistics needs and supply chain disruptions around the globe. EarthTraq is also currently flying AI coprocessors in orbit under a NASA project to advance high-performance space computing. Before EarthTraq, Isobel worked at Spire Global and Virgin Orbit and as a consultant for the U.S. Space Force. She holds a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford, with honors in International Security from Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation.
