Jean-Loup RONDEAU is Principal at Novaspace, where is a Lead Satcom Systems Engineer as well as a Project Leader. Jean-Loup has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry as overall System and Services Architect.
Before joining Novaspace, Jean-Loup was Innovative Telecom Project Leader at Thales Alenia Space where he led early phases projects involving satellite/terrestrial systems convergence (incl. Environmental topics). Prior to that, he held several project or team leader positions within Airbus and Airbus Defense and Space entities on End-to-end connectivity systems architecture (space and ground). He started his career within Thales Alenia Space as Spectrum Manager.
Jean-Loup’s field of expertise and experience covers overall satcom systems and satcom managed services. He is knowledgeable in RF & digital communications, MSS, FSS and BSS services, ground components (such as terminals and earth stations) and spectrum regulations.
Jean-Loup holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from Telecom Bretagne (now IMT Atlantique) in Terrestrial and Satellite Radiocommunications Systems.
