Jonathan Greenberg is a Managing Director in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. He currently leads the satellite and broadband infrastructure practice in North America. Throughout his career, Jon has advised on over $300Bn in M&A, equity, and debt financing, including the recent SpaceX IPO, as well as the SES acquisition of Intelsat and Gogo acquisition of Satcom Direct. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jon worked in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
Jon earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015, and a BA from Northwestern University in 2008.
