Natalia Lemarquis is making waves in the Space Sector as the CEO of Space Villages, a cutting-edge start-up innovating sustainable robotic ISAM solutions. With over a decade of experience in strategic leadership across Space and Aerospace industries, Natalia is known for her focused and strategic approach to management.



Her experiences at global corporations such as General Electric and Rolls-Royce plc, GMV, and delivering the Earth Observation Spacecraft for In-Space Missions shaped her journey in the aerospace industry. Equipped with Chartered Engineer title from RAeS, Natalia has consistently shown her dedication to excellence, earning recognition for outstanding customer support and entrepreneurial achievements. Her leadership has led to a nomination for the prestigious Rolls-Royce Business Improvements Award.



Natalia's journey to leadership has been shaped by her strong engineering background, including a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, and Master in Space Studies from the International Space University MSS20.Throughout her career, Natalia has been instrumental in driving teams towards success, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives. Her inclusive and approachable nature has earned her respect within the field.



Beyond her professional achievements, Natalia is passionate about empowering women in STEM. As a mentor in the UNOOSA Space 4 Women network, she is committed to paving the way for future female leaders in the space industry. Natalia remains dedicated to promoting diversity in aerospace. She co-founded "Space it design," a brand aimed at encouraging women to explore space-related opportunities and express their passion for Space exploration.
