The World Space Business Week takes place at the Hotel Westin Paris-Vendôme located at 3, rue de Castiglione in Paris, France. This year, we will also be offering an to the World Space Business Week so you can attend the WSBW from wherever you are in the world.

Payment may be made by credit card. All bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. Payment for registration must be received before the start of the conference (September 12), in the absence of which access to the conference may be refused.

We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

If you register online, your invoice will be generated automatically once payment is received. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email.

Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided during registration. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email. Should you fail to  receive the confirmation email, we suggest checking the spam folder.

Closer to the event, you will receive an email with a link to access our online platform where you will find the delegates list, presentations, and replays. The application will be available before, during and after the Event. If you have registered for the in-person event, you will also receive few days prior to the event, an email with a barcode, which you can scan at registration to obtain your badge and conference collaterals.

Registration to the in-person World Space Business Week includes:

  • Access to conference sessions (according to the ticket purchased – WSBW, SSF or SEOB)
  • Access to all social events such as sit-down lunches, coffee breaks and networking events
  • Conference collaterals for the event for which you are registered for
  • Online access is included in the in-person Access pass

Registration to the online World Space Business Week includes:

  • Access to all WSBW conference sessions (keynotes/interviews, roundtables, and market presentations)
  • Sponsor / Exhibitors sections & Official Partners sessions
  • Full access to content post event (incl. slides + videos)
  • AI networking service
  • Direct attendee messaging
  • Video meeting service (1:1)
  • Schedule and agenda management

You can pick up your badge and conference collaterals at the World Space Business Week information desk located in the lobby of the Westin. The badge should be presented to access the conference and networking areas. To obtain your badge at the information desk,  use the kiosks on-site for scanning the code received as part of your registration.

The information desk is open from Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 20 from 8am to 6:30pm. It is also open on Sunday, September 15 from 5pm to 7pm (exact times to be confirmed).

For informal meetings, registered participants can use the privatized outdoor terrace in the Westin’s inner courtyard. A perfect way to discuss business and enjoy the late summer weather in Paris. To organize private meetings, meeting rooms can be booked in advance and are open to people external to the conference. Suites and meeting rooms are the ideal place to hold confidential meetings in an elegant setting.

You can cancel your In-Person registration in writing up to and including July 30, 2024 (please note that cancellations are subject to a 15% administration fee). After this date, we no longer refund registrations. We do not accept cancellations for Online registrations.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. 

Transfer Registration

If the event is postponed, delegate and sponsor payments will be credited towards the rescheduled event. If the delegates or sponsors are unable to attend the rescheduled event or if the event is cancelled, they will receive a 100% credit note representative of the payment received, to be used at a future Novaspace event. The credit note will be valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance.

Novaspace will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to the postponement, cancellation or modification of the Event arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes any costs of accommodation, travel, transportation, or additional services contracted or sustained, or any additional expenses incurred because of the cancellation or modification of the event.

Registered delegates and speakers may use the cloakroom located in the lobby of the Westin. This service is free of charge.

Yes. Parking Indigo Vendôme is located at 28 Place Vendôme

Tuileries on Line 1 is the closest station. However, Concorde (Lines 1 and 12) and Opéra (Lines 3, 7 and 8 and RER A) are also not very far from the Westin.
