Stellant Systems, formerly L3Harris Electron Devices is a premier manufacturer of critical spectrum & power amplification systems for defense, space, medical, scientific, and industrial customers worldwide. We are the ONLY manufacturer of Space-qualified Traveling-Wave Tubes (TWTs) in the USA and the ONLY Vertically Integrated Space Traveling-Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA) supplier in the world. We’ve recently introduced our new K-/ Ku-Band Space Quad nanoMPM® (Microwave Power Module), a state-of-the-art RF power amplifier for use in satellite downlink applications. It provides critical performance by leveraging the best of solid-state and TWT vacuum technology. Stellant has three domestic manufacturing facilities and approximately 900 employees.
