Rachel Jewett

Bio

Tsuyoshi Oishi is Senior Affiliate Consultant in Euroconsult’s Japan office. In addition, he is a Senior Consultant at the Satellite Business Network. Prior to joining Euroconsult, he worked for NEC and NEC/TOSHIBA Space Systems, where he held various management positions including director of commercial satellite sales & marketing department, acting general manager of space subsystems & equipment division, and project manager of commercial solar array panel programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tohoku University in Japan, and a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara in U.S.A.
