Thomas Reinartz

Bio

Thomas Reinartz started 1996 within Siemens whose name changed later to DASA, EADS and Airbus.

He was serving in various Sales Manager and Leadership Roles of Sales and Marketing.

In 2001 he worked in France as CFO of Naval and Ground France. After the creation of Defence of Communications Systems, he was driving various Transformation and Improvement programs and leading different Subsidiaries.

Mid of 2012 Thomas was nominated as CEO Airbus DS Airborne Solutions (ADAS) and took on top (2017) the role Head of Programs Military UAVs within Airbus. The programs were EuroDrone, EUROHAWK/TRITON, Zephyr, Surveycopter, ADAS.

In March 2020 Thomas took over the role of Head of Marketing in Airbus Defence and Space with activities in France, Spain, UK, Germany and RoW.

Since beginning 2022 he has been nominated the CEO of Tesat-Spacecom, located in Backnang, Germany. The company has app. 1100 People producing space hardened equipment for all kind of Telecom, Navigation, Deep Space and Science Missions.

Furthermore TESAT is already prepared for commercialized space and high output production for RF and also Laser Communication Systems.
