Gustavo Nader

Bio

Gustavo Nader joined Gogo Business Aviation in May 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer, with responsibility for the company’s overall business strategy, as well corporate and business development activities as the company progresses in its technology evolution.

Nader is a seasoned satellite and telecommunications industry veteran holding senior leadership positions in strategy, corporate and business development. Prior to joining Gogo he was the head of strategy for Thales InFlyt Experience, where he led the Thales Group’s global strategic initiatives for inflight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC).

During the past 30 years, Nader served as vice president of international corporate development with Echostar, focused on the development of international satellite and spectrum assets for fixed and mobile satellite services. He’s also held senior positions at Inmarsat, Ligado Networks and T-Mobile (formerly Sprint Nextel) driving organic and inorganic growth through a unique blend of technology expertise and business strategy acumen.

He holds a doctoral degree and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
