Currently the CEO of GomSpace AB, a leading global supplier of Cubesat and Microsat technology listed on Nasdaq in Stockholm, Carsten has been instrumental in transitioning the company from an engineering focus to a commercially focused enterprise, with a strong focus on cash, and profitability.
With a background that includes an MSc from the Technical University of Denmark and an E-MBA from Stanford, Carsten has a strong foundation in both technical and strategic management. His career spans over three decades, covering executive positions various industries such as Telecom, SatCom, IT, and Space, including 20 years with Nokia. He has successfully led multinational corporations and start-ups, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive revenue growth, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and achieve profitability.
